What is the nature of the problem: [Can the vacant lot between 190 & 200 Woodrow Ave be cleaned up. There is so much trash/debris which is causing a rodent problem.]

This lot is located between 515 Boston Public School and 497 Hyde Park Ave.and is currently in a state of disrepair and poses concerns regarding cleanliness, safety, and property values in the surrounding area. The community has expressed concerns about this situation in the past and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Specifically, the lot has trash, debris, rodents,syringes abandoned city bikes, unsanitary conditions. worst of all This situation is attracting homeless people which are doing inappropriate things including drug use and having sex, etc..Neighbors have young children who have seen this disturbing behavior. I believe that cleaning this lot would greatly improve the quality of life in our neighborhood. I would appreciate it if you could initiate the necessary steps to clean the lot and ensure that it is maintained in a safe and tidy condition. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
