What is the nature of the problem: [Overgrown grass causing a rodent issue. Resident states that when the lawn is left uncut, rats actively infest the area. Furthermore, someone recently trespassed and stole/removed the property's white picket fence, which had "No Trespassing" signs posted on it. now constituents are walking their dog over there and theres trash.]

They've just opened another case with Code Enforcement but wanted to see if ISD was a better place to make this report to.]

Someone left washing machine drum on the corner of Centola St on Sunday 2/15 at early morning hours. Drum was placed on the corner of Leo Birmingham Pkwy and Centola St for collection. |

This vacant lot is full of trash. People are constantly dumping trash and leaving cat food out. This needs to stop. There’s used to be a sign that stated Arcadia Property Management owned the lot but the sign is no longer there. |
