Quite literally rat city out here tonight. At least 6 rats just that I saw playing in the street, around the trees, and in the sewer grate. This occuring on both sides of E Springfield in front of 56-60 and 57-59. They're jumping in the hoods of cars and all around. This seriously is getting worse by the day.

Rats are seen daily (including daytime) running under the shared fence from the adjacent overgrown yard. Multiple burrow holes and droppings are present along the fence line. Concerned about ongoing infestation and public health risk.
