I saw 4 rats tonight. I drove down the alley between concord and worcester st (between shamut and tremont) and saw 1 next to trash that was out at 8:30pm. Then walking on Worcester st between tremont and shamut, there were 3 rats that I saw running across the side walk, not even associated with trash.

Significant rat activity right next to a daycare. Hole is to the right of the dumpsters and on the property line facing the sidewalk.

Large rats behind 470 sumner street. Landlord hasn’t addressed in weeks. So glad surrounding neighbors already reported this. But don’t close it. I Highly recommend 311 or Erin talk to the landlord John Sambucci- first floor tenants you mentioned are actually the ones who caused the issue by not taking out their trash for six weeks, and never taking out recycling, relying on others. I doubt they will tell the landlord anything. They could use a reminder and fine from the city, given they created the issue in June.
