What is the nature of the problem: [Description: [The resident @ 49 Harbor View is feeding birds once again.. The owner @49 is throwing feed into the property @48 Newport St. both on the street and in on the property. I, have complained on numerous occasion on the bird feeding coming from 49.. the pigeons @50 Newport roof have subsided somewhat, but will continue if the owner @ 49 Harbor View is not fined for feeding birds.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Man at this address is feeding the pigeons. It is usually around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. It is causing a huge amount of bird feces around the neighborhood.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Residents at this property are putting out pounds of food to feed the birds and it has caused an infestation.]

Our home is a 3 family home and every once in a while we see a pigeon but this is purely residential so I was amazed when I saw how many there were when looking out my front porch. I hit the window to make them fly away and when I did a swarm of pigeons flew away from my rooftop - 20 to 25 pigeons. I couldn't believe it. We have noticed a tremendous increase in droppings in our driveway, on our decks in back, on our patio furniture, but had no idea that we had a problem...an infestation. Certainly what I would consider an infestation. They are a health hazard. We have no food, nothing that should attract them. I also didn't think that they rest in residential neighborhoods. It is scary, unhealthy because of their constant droppings of feces, and disturbing. Wellington Hill is a quiet street and their presence is overwhelming upsetting. Please send someone out. To the Right and Left of 175 Temple Street Ms. Byda stated that her neighbors are feeding birds.

Caller stated that this women at 9-11 Hardwick Terrace is always feeding the birds. This is causing to be a nuisance.

What is the nature of the problem: [there is rats coming from building near by causing rodents in the are..]

In back yard of star lane this address is a bird feeder- causing a lot of birds and rats.

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports that there is a pigeon infestation because the woman who lives at 315 East Eagle st keeps leaving a lot of bread at the entrance of the American Legion Park. Because of this there are a lot of pigeons and a lot of pigeon droppings as a result which is a health hazard.]

Neighbor will not stop feeding the birds. Birds feces all over property. This is becoming a nuisance.
