What is the nature of the problem: [2nd floors there are pigeons on the back porch all the time, pigeon feces everywhere]

What is the nature of the problem: [there is so much discarded food and trash on the back porch that the second floor back porch is now covered with pigeon droppings and other pest related waste. The neighbors are concerned that it is a health hazard.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Home owner feeds pigeons in back yard which is causing a bird infestation in the area. As a homeowner close by, I have many bird nests in the rafters of my porch as a result. I also have found dead birds on my property.]

This property seems to look abandoned, but somebody has shown up during the winter for snow removal and entering the property. The windows in the alley are boarded up and pigeons have taken over all window sills, giving birth multiple times. The diseases they carry and the waste they are creating is a helth hazard for the occupants who live next door, literally less than 4 feet away from the pigeon's current inhabitance. Something needs to be done to rectify this issue. Thanks |
