Resolved. The process of turning on drinking fountains, athletic fields, gardens, ornamental fountains, splash pads, and other water features is currently underway. We understand how important these amenities are especially on warmer days. We appreciate your patience as we work to turn on water across the city through our systematic approach. We are making great progress with turning on all water features by Memorial day.

Resolved. The swing set at Shubow has two swing bays, one with the two swings for 2-5 year olds and the other with two for 5-12 year olds. Unfortunately, code dictates that a single bay cannot have two different age-group swings in it. This issue can be addressed when the playground is due for renovation (for more information, please contact the Design & Construction Unit at (617) 961-3011.
