Bus driver who brings students into Boston has complaints about how there is a new 1 hour limit in the South Bay Shopping Centre. These buses would usually park there all day waiting to pick up their students. Constituent is calling in regards to the South Station parking garage owned by Pro Parks America. Constituent feels that the parking garage is playing with words in regards to daily fees and rates. In regards to the daily max, it isn't clear that it is between 6am and 5pm, which would make many people believe it is a 24 hour span. Constituent reports that she lives at that property and behind it there is a private parking lot. she couldnt park there on 8/25 because someone ilelgaly dumped trash on her parkng space #4 and it seems like it was a construction issue as well. Caller states she has been parking at the Aquarium Garage for work. She comes in befor 8:30am and leaves after 4:30pm to get the $15 rate. Over the past few days different types of signs have popped up denying parking to all, but the monthly payers or stating that the lot is full except for monthly passes holders.
