Constituent reports handwritten tickets being given out to multiple vehicles in the lot as well as receiving one themselves. Overcapacity+Vehicle Blocked. Constituent states his daughter paid for parking that would last 1 hour and 30 minutes. Constituent returned 15 minutes early to move her car but the parking lot was so overfilled that it took 20 minutes for the single employee to get her car out of the lot. Constituent states that contractors have left a large hole in the parking lot. Contsituent was just leaving the hospital and had a payment issue when leaving. Constituent stated that the employee was rushing them and holding them in the lot while they were trying to leave. Constituent is calling to report there car was illegaly towed frm this address by D&D towing for no legitamite reasons. The police were called on the scene and have been waiting on the scene for the Tow company to return the vehicle for the past two hours.
