On Albemarle court there is a sign for no parking that is not placed by the city and with this sign the owners are calling tow trucks to tow away people's cars. The owners of the house park their cars right in front of their house and refuse to move the cars when people cannot get by. This sign for "South End Soccer" randomly appeaared under the overpass weeks ago. Now it is starting to sag and fall down and looks even worse. City of Boston code requires temporary "No Standing Permitted" signs to be posted within 48 hours prior to moving period. The "No Standing" period for the sign (TMP#OCCU-560196) was 2/7/16 from 7AM to 5PM. Thus, the sign should have been posted by 7AM on 2/5/16. However, this was not the case. I parked my car here on Friday 2/5/16 at roughly 12PM and went back to get something from my car on Saturday 2/6/16 at 3 PM and NEITHER time a sign was posted. I received a ticket on 2/7/16 and my car was illegally towed by a driver who forcibly took my keys and refused to not tow the car unless I gave him $60 under the table (ILLEGALLY). The Towing Company is AB Towing Inc (150 B Freeport Street, Dorchester). The resident affixed the No Standing Sign less than 24 Hours prior to the moving time to a trashcan, a violation of the law.
