On Cottage Street, between Gove & Maverick, every car was ticketed on both sides of the street on July 11th, despite the fact that there are NO SIGNS on the odd side of the street indicating that people can't park there. Yesterday, I overheard the police, BTD, and construction personal discussing towing. Today, all cars were gone from the street when I went home at lunch. There are still NO SIGNS on the odd side of the street. Furthermore, the signs on the even side of the street don't even mention Cottage Street. This construction is scheduled for six weeks. I live at 294 Newbury street, across from this building. There is a large neon light that says "open" in red, that is on 24 hours a day. I looked up the code and neon lights are not supposed to be in windows on Newbury Street.
