Loitering and under age drinking in utility area off Ross road parking lot. There is a utility box in the parking that used to be closed but now the gate is broken off. Most nights teenagers go there to hangout - drinking, listening to music and other stuff. We have also seen other random people hanging out there by themselves. It’s become a real nuisance to the neighborhood. If we could get the gate repaired so that the kids can’t get in there to hangout.
