What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that home has been abonded for 30 years and there is a disturbing amount of rodent activity. Racoons and rats and possums are sunning in an dout of the house and in the constituents home.]

This building has been vacant since 2017, and has been in a state of partial demolition for over 2 years. The temporary construction fencing has an 8 foot gap on the southerly side of the site, and anyone wishing to gain access may do so at any time. It is a hazard to the adjacent residential neighborhood, and an insulting eyesore. Construction debris has been dumped on the site, directly adjacent to flowed tidelands. |

Today we had to call the police because someone was back there spraying random substances all around both homes. People are leaving trash, and the property is an absolute eyesore and becoming a concern]
