Overfull trash can at Meeting house hill/Adams park. Filed with bags of rotten fishe heads that were dumped on a rock in the park. Seagulls and rats are now breaking into the bags.

Five black trash bags of Park barrel trash by the construction fence near the harborwalk entrance to Martin’s Park. I emptied these 5 bags last week and they have been sitting here for pickup since then.
