166-176 Gold St, BostonSignage outside Sweeney Playground (both entrances) needs to be updated to white out in the park rules signs the rule that dogs have to be on leashes. There is a giant sign on both entrances “no dogs allowed” and then a tiny note on the rules sign saying dogs must be on leashes. People rely on the small note/inconsistent signage and use this playground as a dog park (literally dog walkers take packs of dogs here), it’s gross and unsanitary for a children’s playground.

Tremont St & West StOne of these pillars is not secure. I am surprised to see that it's still there! Given that yesterday, I looked across the street from my building and saw that it had topped over, and not sure if that was involved with the injury of the girls foot. But I think someone should either remove these pillars, or at least make sure they are 100% secure. Because the second one is still wobbly.

484 Commonwealth Ave, BostonWhen walking at the commonwealth ave mall around 9:50 am on Friday 10/2 (near comm ave and Gloucester intersection in back bay), I was hit by a rock from a Cambridge Landscaping industrial lawnmower. The lawnmower was on the comm ave mall and too close to pedestrians; as a result of this, a rock was propelled by the lawnmower and hit my ear, knocking my ear pod out. This caused immediate pain in my ear. It could have hit my eye and additional safety measures need to be implemented to prevent future incidents. The man operating the lawnmower was very resistant to identifying himself, and was hassling me when I called 911 to ask about an accident report. Which is why I took the attached picture. My ear hurt on impact and was red, but was not bleeding. I wanted to have a record of what happened in case I had an injury that required treatment. This is analgous to what you do with a car accident. The man operating the lawnmower became very adversarial and took a picture of me. I'm a female who was by myself walking two dogs and this behavior made me very uncomfortable. The man operating the lawn mower was operating a Cambridge landscaping vest, and showed me the contact info for his manager. I took a photo of that contact info and attaching here, along with a picture of the lawnmower. Having landscapers driving without care and so close to pedestrians is unsafe. If the city is hiring landscapers, they clearly need better supervision and instruction. There should also be a complaint process and safety reporting process. The man who caused the accident was giving me the runaround and became very oppositional. As a resident of back bay and attorney. I was very upset and wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else; someone operating this negligently could really hurt someone and this a liability for the city.
