Problem: [Constituent reports new street lighting pole has been installed,however, there is no light and requests installation for lights. Pole number 1268/48. J.F. White Co.

Problem: [Caller reports three consecutive street lights that are out near 451 Marlborough. The poles are intact, but the lights were removed during construction and have not been replaced, and the caller reports that the street has become very dark.]

Problem: [Teh constituent reports that the street light at this location keeps going on and off at intervals. It is not out, but it turns off and stays off for a considerable amount of time, and then turns back on to turn back off again after a while.]

Problem: [Regarding recent accident on Humboldt Ave, with injuries/fatalities. Constitiuent requests upgraded/brigher lighting on Humboldt Ave, as it is very hard to see other pedestrians and vehicles, believes upgrading lights would heighten safety and avoid accidents such as the most recent to occur at address.]

Problem: Caller states they took down an old street light, but did not replace the existing one in that location. Says there is a pole but no light. See notations. PL/WL Need to take post down and pull out the old cable and pull new triplex as needed. Will need to bring out a new LED rectilinear. Tie in and check out unit when completed.
