Problem: [Constituent says that the street light at this intersection was knocked down by a vehicle and never replaced. He recieved a notification saying it had been replaced, but the street light that DPW upgraded was actually near 24 Lambert and is not the correct one. He says there is an empty space where the street light used to be and is requesting to have a new one installed. He has waited almost a year for the incorrect light to be intstalled.]

Problem: [Constituent reports; the street light at said address is not down or out however the glue that holds the lamp to the post has all come off and the light pole is shaking and will fall soon]

Problem: [constituent reports; the light at the corner is broken and looks like it will fall out needs to be replaced as soon as possible]

Problem: [Light looks like it is going to fall off. The city put in a "flat" light that has a cover and the constituent believes it is not the correct cover because the light was straight and now it's leaning down.]

Problem: [2 Street lights were removed from the street. Constituent is concerned with how dark the street is now. She wants to make sure that the plan is to replace them and not permentantly remove them.]

Problem: [A street light post was removed and now the street light is attached to a wooden utility pole. Would like to see it upgraded. Lots of teenagers drink in this area.]

Problem: [a month and a half ago the street pole was removed after a truck hit it. the street is a dead end so it gets very dark, and there is a lot of foot traffice due to the train. there are dangerous wires sticking out of the ground now. someone promised they would come back, but nobody has.]

Problem: [interested in getting gas street lights put in her neighborhood. I have recommended she reaches out to her neighborhood liason, but was just seeing if you guys could follow up with her about the possibilities of something like this happening in charlestown. thanks!]
