Problem: [Constituent called and reported that there is a street light that is located directly outside of her retaurant and each time the light goes on at night, it is so bright that it is disruptive/blinding to the customers. She was wondering if there might be any way possible to make the light a little less bright or shield it from shining directly in to the restaurant.]
