Lot of garbage on play structure at Peters Park, there were also more cardboard boxes but I removed them for my class to play

Homeless tent

There is a porta potty on congress street outside of the government center parking garage and state street building that is not locked and I believe someone is staying in or at least utilizing. I heard them in there this morning on my walk to work. After work, the porta potty had been moved and it is now taking up a good portion of the sidewalk.

There’s an intermittent but lasting encampment on the sidewalk of Washington with copious drug addiction, littering , loitering and al sorts of things going on for months in this area .

unfortunately i think someone(s) doesn’t have housing and is sleeping here but its starting to turn into a health hazard w scattered needles and trash. its near 90 windsor.

Encampment 405 doorway harrison ave (accountant office loitering and smoking...they are here every night or further down the building in a corner of the building not lighted by the vo skincare business. There are at least 2 maybe more. Can hear them but can only see 1 out of the doorway
