What is the nature of the problem: [neighbor at this location continuously throws food outside feeding birds causing 50 of them to gather at once.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Caller reports that pigeons are leaving their droppings on the AC window units in this building. Caller reports that the droppings are falling inside the actual AC units. Caller is concerned this is a health hazard.]

What is the nature of the problem: [I have had issues with this neighbor regarding the feeding of pigeons for many years.. I have contacted inspectional services in the year 2012 regarding this matter, I spoke with Inspector Capogreco.. who requested photo's. I personally walked into 1010 Mass Ave with the information requested. It is 2014 and the situation continues.. Capogreco has been contacted on several occasions when the feeding continues 7/21/14 the neighbor in questioned feel she is not doing anything wrong. Can someone please send information or an ordinance regarding this issue as to why this should not be happening. There is a crowd of 50 or more that sit on the roof awaiting to be fed PLEASE FINE THIS INDIVIDUAL.]

What is the nature of the problem: [The caller is complaining about chickens and roosters living in the yard. He has called Animal Control and they said they couldn't do anything unless ISD inspected first.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Caller reporting that the netting under the bridge in which the train runs is blocking pigeons. Caller also said that elderly people are stepping in the droppings and the droppings are getting all over their canes and they are bringing that into their homes. Wishes to have the net removed. Also said it is right near Fields Corner Station.]

Owner at 40 Princeton Street has established a pigeon coop in the shed in his backyard. This is a health hazard. He had been taken to court previously on this issue. There are innumerable pigeons now, and they are flying and defecating where I and my neighbors and their children live. Please order him to remove this nuisance from our densely settled neighborhood and please see that he complies this time. Thank you. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Ms. Fisher is concerned about the pigeon droppings all over the side of her elderly parents' neighbor's house. Birds land on wires in between houses and Ms. Fisher's concern is her father is breathing in fecal matter when he opens the window. She is requesting a call back from an inspector.]
