Parked on sidewalk

There’s major foot traffic on Warrenton/stuart street after clubs in the area close. People are blocking sidewalks and roads causing traffic jams. It’s very noisy as well with cars parked playing music

It is 1:45 am and Bruce Irving in Unit #305 has woken me out my sleep making noise above my bedroom. I have put so many complaints in about the noise from this tenant I am disabled and he is affecting my health breaking the noise ordinance. I cannot sleep in my unit where I pay my rent and the management: Princeton Properties, Property Manager: Erica Tobias will not stop this man from making noise. He is violating the noise ordinance so please send help and co tactics the property to hold them accountable. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Street lights completely out on Hubbard St in JP at night. Weirdly they appeared to be on during the day. This was since the electrical fire 2 days ago.

Tree branches are low hanging and touching anyone who parks underneath. I’ve requested this tree to be protected and properly trimmed and it’s been looked at but hasn’t been touched. Last open request they didn’t touch it. When storms and high winds come it moves and branches have dropped. Please send someone to trim it once and for all. It’s not that hard.
