Ineligible short-term rental

Short term rental being run outside of regulations. The property owner does not live in the building. There were long term tenants in the first floor unit, they moved out 2 months ago. Since then the entire property has been used for short term rentals

The Andi South Bay Building C is not accessible and should be inspected by the fire department and inspectional services ASAP! There are no lights in the staircases and no working elevators. They do not take rodent sightings seriously and structural damage to the outside of the building (large cracks in the brick foundation) has caused sitting water puddles and rat nests including open food, trash, dog feces and used needles constantly thrown all around the property. Office staff constantly tell residents it is not their problem when anything outside of the building takes place and they do not have it in their budget to fix elevators or replace lighting. Elderly residents are basically trapped in their apartments on higher floors with no way out. How is any of this legal!

Tent City apartments does not have AC on. It’s like 80 degrees and so so so hot!! Please have them turn on the air
