resubmitting case BCS-00273342 An absentee owner in a multi-unit condominium is offering a unit in the building at 452 Park Drive for short-term rentals. The unit is not eligible for short term rental use or registration. See Address ID 119875 in the City's short term rental eligibility data base, 452 Park Drive, Unit 1. I became aware of the use when, at 10:45 PM, renters used the intercom and got me, asking for access to the building, as they'd not taken a key. They said they'd rented the unit via Airbnb.
