BCS-00316297: Other Illegal short term rental operation happening on 3rd floor of 16 Raven st. We already dealt with squatters. Landlord (David Dirocco) pretended to have a full time tenant leasing beds upstairs. There is no full time tenant. And either way it is illegal. We ended up with squatters. When reported to police they couldn’t help. 1 squatter has since been arrested for trying to build an explosive. constituent claims they saw the apartment on the 12 of August, noticed there was a roach infestation, mentioned it to landlord, said they would bring in someone to fumagate, constituent went back to get keys on the 14th and noticed there was still roaches in apartment, constituent is going to property management on the 17 to terminate lease.
