Rodent activity around piled up tree cuttings, old bench from walkway renovation, and overgrown brush. Next to trash area. On BHA housing property owned by Winn companies. (617) 242-7413. Rodents have been spotted by residents using the trash area. A rat jumped out of the pile when a neighbor was trying to remove some of the overgrown weeds. There are rodent bait traps that have been there a long time. Not effective tube with all the debris. Can this be cleaned up by BHA?

Feces on sidewalk in front of condo. There are no dogs or pets that reside in our building.

Rats tampons and trash. Absolutely nothing has changed since I reported this last night. 

Loud music backyard

We are currently in prince street tennis courts and were wondering if we could get the lights turned on?

heavy odor is collecting in the central cement courtyard between 313 allston st and 315 allston st. The smell is strong especially at night, It is a mix of sulfur/ammonia/incense-like smell. This have been happening for about a month, every night. The closed courtyard is trapping the fumes, forcing residents to breathe it in whenever windows are open. Suspected (a) someone is venting strong odor from their unit to public space AND/OR (b) the center courtyard floor drain is releasing a toxic-smelling mix of sewer gas
