Streetlights
4:20pm I want to see the words on the stainless steel arch at 270 Dartmouth St. I can only use the flashlight on my phone. Can the city install lighting on the arch for tourists to see?
CLOSED #101005795805Case Resolved. Thank you for reaching out about this. I apologize for the delay in my response. Your 311 ticket was directed to the Property Management Department and this statue is unfortunately not under our purview. However, I have been trying to figure out who is responsible for it so I can pass along your feedback. Once I have more information I will let you know. Thank you and happy holidays. Mary Stycos PMD.

Boylston st near chick fil a. Moped cut me off while I was biking, then wouldn’t leave me alone after I told them to get out of bike lane and they bit their thumb at me. Kept swerving near me purposefully. Then I noticed the stickers covering the license plate purposefully so I snapped a pic, wish I would’ve gotten better one. Get these illegal and unregistered mopeds off our streets, they put everyone in danger and cause traffic. Beyond sick of no traffic law enforcement in this city

Why is the Black Lamb restaurant located at 571 Tremont St in the South End still allowed to have their outdoor dinning set up in front of their restaurant? Outdoor dinning season is long over. Their wrought iron outdoor dining setup is blocking the sidewalk. They need to dismantle their stupid shit.
CLOSED #101005795792Case Resolved. Thank you for your note. We allow for the railings to remain in the Outdoor Dining offseason due to the damage that would be incurred on the city sidewalks if we asked the restaurant to remove the railings when the season ends and construct when the season begins. If there are any accessibility issues caused by these railings, please let us know at outdoordining@boston.gov, and we will send staff to investigate. Thanks, Outdoor Dining Team.
