Rubber doorstop outside of the Forsyth exit at Ruggles is a tripping hazard. Multiple people have tripped over it this morning.

Trip hazard - I tripped on this today and took a chunk out of my leg. Directly outside 2 liberty square, Boston Centre.

Please monitor, ticket, and or tow cars using our streets without required parking stickers in permit required areas. Constituent reports that the sidewalk at the corner of Dartmouth St and Columbus Ave, in front of Clery's (113 Dartmouth St) needs more cement between the brick/stones in teh sidewalk there since it is making the sidewalk uneven to walk on/roll things over. | Cause of damage: [Other] Sidewalk material: [Brick]

I thought the team that was renewing this introduction was to have adequately sloped the roadway away from the drains or raise the roadway at the drains so that fighting would not take place? Come winter time these pools of water become sheets of ice or they become slush and for any handicapped person build a wheelchair or otherwise these intersections are treacherous. City of Boston is paid good money and these companies who are doing this work should understand about fixing the grade to ensure water does not fill the intersections where they walkways are

The Eversource-hired contractor poured this concrete as it was starting to rain. It has now been uncovered in the rain since it was poured around 1pm today. Thanks.
