Good morning there is a section of sidewalk that is being undermined by rats at 40 Hawkins street. Water is actually leaking in my distribution room on a heavy rain. This is WHDH-tv and I am the maintenance supervisor Mark Parker my phone is 617-725-0692.

Sidewalk very dangerous and unsafe. Not wheelchair accessable.

Please patch around light pole base

National Grid dug up the sidewalk and put asphalt and it looks bad. Please replace it with concrete. | Cause of damage: [Construction] Sidewalk material: [Concrete]

Sidewalk is lifting up and has become a tripping hazard and can’t open car doors without hitting it
