Please consider placing a stop sign instead of a yield sign at the corner of Beech St and West Roxbury Parkway in Roslindale - it is being used as a cut through during rush hours and people are not yielding they are just trying to make the light - it is a dangerous situation for both drivers on beech st and pedestrians. They are driving at high rates of speed and not even slowing down at the yield sign. As well as blocking the intersection so that cars on beech are unable to take a left onto lower parkway - thank you for taking action on this dangerous situation Michelle niland 3392160809

Dangerous crosswalk. Cars blow through crosswalk at high speed and most will not stop to let pedestrians cross the street. This crosswalk needs better signage, ideally flashing crosswalk sign to improve visibility. Some days, 10 to 15 will drive by without stopping. There are also frequent car accidents in that intersection due to high speed of cars coming from the VFW Parkway. Please address this safety issue to avoid more accidents in that intersection. |
