Delux Cafe is obstructing part of the sidewalk with large box planters. This is narrowing the sidewalk, especially with snow fall. These planters are on City property and should be removed.

Appears to be roof runoff that is funneled onto the sidewalk, and it?s now frozen, causing significant hazard. Appears to be no attempt to salt or clear the ice now for multiple days..

There is water running off the property on to the sidewalk and street that is causing a significant area of coverage with ice. It is a chronic problem during the cold months and is dangerous. Often causing the need to bypass the ice by walking in the street. Currently the ice is untreated. See photos of ice on sidewalk and into street.

Hayden St Stairs are covered with thick layer of road salt, appreciate PWD 's attention but please use the appropriate snow melt! This salt now frozen on the stairs makes the steps hazardous for walkers
