'new' sidewalk in front of 10 woodford st, Dorchester has both cosmetic damage & a recessed hole to a pipe that acts as a tripping hazard & has poor access. Could be an opportunity to get the builder of the property (hunter@beckmannconstructionco.com) to repair so the city doesn't have to.
